I haven’t tried spearmint, just peppermint shtick. I’m ordering any flavor I can get my hands on! The corners of my lips have been broken and miserable, reacting worse when I use any lip products, including blistex. After trying at least 17 lip products, this one healed my lips! HEALED! My corners healed! This is a 5/5 for me!
